CANCELLATION POLICY
MAKING A RESERVATION
1. Upon clicking 'Continue to Check Out' you will receive a notification stating:
Payment Info
Selecting this payment method means you will arrange the payment with the host offline, after you book.
2. When you click 'Complete Checkout' you will confirm your reservation and your reservation information will display on the website and you will receive a Booking Confirmation email.
SECURING YOUR RESERVATION AND DEPOSITS
1. Klein Koraalboom will send you an invoice for your reservation with a link to make a secure online payment.
2. A 50% deposit is required within 72 hours (three days) of recieving the invoice in order to secure your reservation. If the deposit is not paid within this time, your reservation will automatically be canceled.
3. The balance of your invoice needs to be paid no later than your check-in date and before you can take occupation of your accomodation. If no payment has been received by this time, your reservation will be canceled and you will loose your deposit. Please

4. Once payment is received, your booking will be secured.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
If payment for your booking has been made and you cancel more than 28 days before your check-in date you will receive a 100% deposit refund.
If payment for your booking has been made and you cancel more than 7 days before your check-in date you will receive a 50% deposit refund.
If, for any reason, you should want to cancel your booking, you need to contact us at kleinkoraalboom@gmail.com and supply your reservation number as a reference.
